Shipping Policy

 
Ø For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic reputed courier companies and /or speed post only.
Ø Orders are shipped within 8-10 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms.
Ø Friends Computer Consultancy is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Ø Usually all orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, after payment is confirmed. However, certain categories of products have a different lead-time for delivery purely due to the nature of the product and market stock availability. We hold major stock but supply from our distributors is at times delayed at such times we keep the buyer informed.
Ø Friends Computer Consultancy will make two attempts to deliver the goods in a span of 3 days. If the premises are locked or if the nominated recipients are not available, it will be treated as undeliverable.
Ø Non-acceptance of goods for any reasons other than that stated will be considered as order cancellation and cancellation charges as applicable will be levied.
Ø If such returned goods are to be redelivered without order cancellation; Friends Computer Consultancy can charge an additional 2% of the cost of goods or Rs.500/- whichever is higher towards the freight cost. However, if cancelled, Cancellation charges of 2% of cost of goods will also be charged additionally.


Can I ship the Order I bought to Multiple Addresses?
Currently this option is not available. However, if you want to send the product to different addresses, you can place Multiple Orders.
